Product Warranties
All IP Phones supplied by Auswide Services come with a one year manufacturer return to base warranties. This can be extended to a total of three years with the option available for immediate replacement. Our sales staff can assist while quoting with more information on extended warranties priority replacement options.

Billing
All of Auswide Services services are post-paid. All invoices are to be paid 7 days from the invoice date. After this time we will be in contact to ensure that invoices are paid up to date.

Support
Our support team is there to service your request as soon as possible. We do not charge fees for support issues relating to problems with the services we offer. Customers looking to change or modify existing Auswide Services products may incur a fee, our support team can provide more detail in relation to this.
